Boathouse

• No less than three (3) rowers may be left unattended at the boathouse while others are on the water.
• Under no circumstances is there to be any horseplay in or around the boathouse. This includes the water.
  

Weather

• The head coach will make all final decisions about approriate weather conditions.
• When in doubt, all assistants will contact and defer decisions to the head coach.
  

Water

• No crews may row in the dark without the appropriate lights on the sterns and bows.
  

Phones

• Each coach is responsible for having a working cellular phone with them at all times in the launch.
• Each coach is responsible for being able to direct emergency vehicles to both the boathouse and/or their current location on the water.
  

Launches

• Each coach is responsible for making sure their launch is equipped with

* enough gas to finish the workout
* bag of life jackets
* working Mega-Phone
* first aid kit
* working cellular phone

First Aid

• Each coach is to know where the first aid cabinet is located.
